FURTHER DISRUPTION is expected this morning for commuters into Birmingham city centre as roads remain sealed off in relation to an ongoing police incident.
At 3.54pm yesterday, (Wednesday 29 September) police received a call from a member of the public who reported a man standing on railings on a bridge above Paradise Circus near Birmingham Central Library.
