Walsall’s “No Overall Control” Saga Continues

Following on from yesterday’s update on the “No overall Control” situation on Walsall Council, the Liberal Democrats  have received an approach from the the Tories who want more information about the issues we have highlighted over recent days in trying to find a way forward these were:

  • Seek a review of the Council’s Budget for 2011/12
  • Seek real progress in addressing inequality across the borough
  • How to ensure democracy, openess and inclusiveness in the way the council works.

    • There has been no contact yet from the Labour Group.
