An eyesore and magnet for anti social behaviour has been demolished and contractors say that the site will be cleared by mid week reports Liberal Democrat councillor Ian Shires.
The eyesore in question is the old Forest Gate Library just off the Lichfield Road opposite “The Square” New Invention.
The site has been in private ownership since being sold a few years ago after the Library was transferred to its new home over the road at “The Square”.
New plans for a small development have been submitted by the owners to Walsall Council
