Free Health Check – for those between 40 – 74 in Willenhall

Are you aged 40 – 74 living in Wilenhall? Come along on Wednesday 26th September between 10am – 3pm for your free NHS Health Check at Fibbersley Park Shop (opp Boots) Stafford Street, Willenhall Town Centre.
Willenhall Area Parntership is working with NHS Public Health to improve the health of people living across the area by preventing heart disease, stroke, diabetes and kidney disease is a target for this age group.
This is the first event of its kind with the hope of more to be rolled out in community venues as well as evenings and weekends.
Please do pop in and get your health check done!! There will be a friendly welcome and a cup of tea too.
