Have just travelled up the M42 and M6 from the Coventry Road and I have to say that there are some people out there driving cars who are not fit to be out in public unsupervised let alone driving a vehicle.

Nothing can be so important that you throw caution to the wind!

Having just got through some congestion due to a 3 car pile up near M6 J4 some idiot was tail gating up the outside lane even though there was little to be gained in terms of distance.

Then the best of all, some other idiot decided to use the hard shoulder on the approach to where the M5 north bound merges with the M6 north bound then cuts across two lanes of slow moving and merging traffic to get off at the Wednesbury turn off! Unbelievable !! What planet are these people on?

My message to all using the roads today is for all our sakes drive carefully, and if you can’t do that then do us all a favour, don’t drive at all….
