Walsall Council’s Clean and Green have responded to your complaints about dog fouling……

As part of a coordinated approach to dog fouling Environmental Health, Clean and Green/Streetpride and Area Partnerships are working together on different initiatives to reduce this problem.  The main areas of concern are Bloxwich/Blakenall and Willenhall according to logged calls.   

We aim to do some awareness campaigns around dog fouling along side the Big Spring Clean Ups which will take place in your areas late May/June time.  This will involve speaking with dog owners and using free dog poo bag dispensers as an initiative to be more responsible.  Clean and Green will be highlighting the campaign on their vehicles.

Clean and Green will be producing a dog fouling leaflet which can be distributed around problem areas.
