We have been informed of the following news about changes to train services…..

Monday 27, Wednesday 29 & Thursday 30 July.

Due to planned engineering work the following train service alterations will apply:

 The 22:54 Birmingham New Street to Northampton will not run. Passengers should use alternative trains. A rail replacement bus will operate between Rugby and Northampton departing at 23:50.

 Train services between Coventry and Nuneaton will operate to an amended timetable.

Monday 27 July – Thursday 30 July.

Due to planned engineering work the following train service alterations will apply:

 The 21:04 Birmingham International to Manchester Piccadilly is replaced by a bus between Chester and Manchester Piccadilly.

 The 22:25 Birmingham New Street to Holyhead is retimed to leave Chester at 00:49 and will run later throughout.

 The 22:46 Wolverhampton to London Euston will not call at Northampton. A rail replacement bus will operate between Rugby and Northampton calling at Long Buckby.

 Train services between Coventry and Nuneaton will operate to an amended timetable.

Tuesday 28 July

London Midland Services only. Football at Banks’s Stadium (Kick Off: 19.30) Walsall v. West Bromwich Albion. An additional service will call at Bescot Stadium after the match.
