Action demanded to remove unauthorised advertising hoarding

by Ian Shires on 4 April, 2016

DSCF1847An eagle eyed local resident spotted this piece of unauthorised advertising on a grass verge in Stroud Avenue just opposite the former Meadow House site.

They contacted the Short Heath Lib Dem FOCUS Team. Walsall Council’s Enforcement Team have been contacted and we would expect some swift action to be taken.

Since the Westminster Tory Government relaxed planning regulations there would appear to be a number of cases where unauthorised action has been taken almost as though those responsible are testing the water so to speak just to see how much they can get away with.

Morning Ian, could you please keep me informed regarding the unsightly advertising board in Stroud avenue, I do hope the council make the company responsible to repair the damage done to the grass as this should not be done useing puplic funds. Many thanks
    Kelvin.

      Hi Kelvin
      Will do.
Not happy with the time it’s taking to get sorted. It’s with enforcement at the moment. Will pass your comments on to them.

      Kind regards

      Ian
