We offer information, friendship and support to local people with Parkinson’s, their families and carers.
We organise regular events and social activities. Join us – and meet other people affected by Parkinson’s in your area.
This is a specialised exercise programme (cost £2 per person per session), taking place at the Forest Arts Centre each Wednesday from 1.15pm-2.15pm – view map
Once a month, on the last Wednesday of the month, we hold an informal ‘Parkinson’s Café’ after the exercise class, from 2.15pm-3.15pm.
This is an opportunity to chat with others and also to one of the regional staff team. We just ask for a contribution of 50p for as much tea or coffee and biscuits as you like.
The Forest Arts Centre has ample free parking and you can use the numbers 1, 2, 301, 302 buses or any bus that goes along the Bloxwich Road.
