Following complaints from local residents about cars joy riding on the field in Littleton Road on the Forest Gate Estate a site visit was arranged to enable officers from Walsall Council to look for a solution.

Result? Bollards are to be erected to stop access onto the field from the cul de sac in Sandwell Place.

I suppose that the question we need to ask about this or any type of joy riding is what ever possesses an adult who can afford to run a car to act in such a childish way. It’s time they grew up.
