   This youth club is a complete waste of time the kids spend more time out on the square unsupervised terrorising people who have to live here. Kicking footballs off walls and windows screaming shouting and swearing making fun of people on the square, and the abuse you get when you try to tell them to behave. Honestly they spend about 15 minutes in the youth club and the rest of the time on the square and there is never an adult in sight.

     That’s the first complaint I have received about the behaviour of the kids using the youth club. I will discuss with the youth leaders
