With a bit of look, those responsible for this wanton piece of criminal vandalism will be caught and will be prosecuted.

Eagle eyed residents spotted the incident soon after it had happened and immediately reported it into the Council and myself.

Can you believe that someone would stoop as low as this? The good news is there is evidence. Clean and Green were on site clearing the mess.  Community Protection Officers are collecting evidence. Hopefully a prosecution will come out of this.
