Just to let you know that I have received a notice of amended plans for an application submitted to Walsall Council back in September 2019.

The site is directly opposite New Invention Infants and Junior Schools and has been a source of a number of complaints particularly as some deliveries of vehicles to it have been by articulated car transporter. Off-loading has occurred in Cannock Rd. causing considerable congestion.
The amended plans do appear to have addressed this problem. Having said that, in my view, there are a number of conditions that need to be applied should planning officers recommend granting the amended plans. These should included delivery times and type of vehicle used for the delivery of cars to the site.
