Fryers Rd Amenity Site is open following fire

We have had an increasing number of inquiries about whether or not the Fryers Road Civic Amenity Site has re opened or not following the massive fire there last week.
The good news is that it has re opened. The hours of opening are 09.00 – 16.00 Monday: Tuesday: Wednesday: Saturday and Sunday. It is closed Thursday and Friday.
The fire is having a knock on effect on collections. If bins are missed then the advice is to leave them out as they will be collected the following day. Any delays are as a direct result of the fire and not down to the introduction of new working practices.
