Long awaited revised details for Former Cavalcade PH development site

At long last the developer of the former Cavalcade pub site has submitted the outstanding amended plans to Walsall Council for determination. The lack of amended plans has caused the delay in getting this development started.

So what are these long awaited changes? The developer is deleting one building plot number 15 and amending the layout of plots 13 and 14 in order to sort out an issue with Severn Trent.

The plans are due to be determined by 9th April 2018. Details are shown below:
