Prior approval for a larger home extension for a single storey rear extension, 4.20 metres deep Prior Approval: Larger Home Extension Class A.1(g) from the original rear elevation, 3.20 metres maximum height measured externally from the natural ground level, 2.20 metres high at the eaves measured externally from the natural ground level.
