Another busy surgery yesterday at The Square, New Invention.

Getting a lot of people concerned at the increasing number of quad bikers using our green spaces and canal tow path as their play ground. Fences have been broken down to gain access and a great deal of damage is being done to pathways.

Many of these pathways have recently been renewed or upgraded as part of a drive promoted by Willenhall Lib Dems to help people get more active and appreciate the woodland and green spaces which are all around us.

Willenhall North’s Neighbourhood Policing Team dropped in to our surgery to listen to residents concerns and discuss actions that they have already taken, at least one quad bikes has been confiscated, and to give assurances that tackling anti social behaviour (ASB) including vehicle related ASB from off road bikes and quad bikes is one of their top neighbourhood priorities.
