Have just picked up on a notification of a planning application for the old Meadow House site in Stroud Avenue. The proposal is to vary the existing planning permission in order to increase the depth of the single storey projections to the six new semi detached properties.

To put that in terms we can all understand the developer wants to extend at the front of the new properties. Currently they plan to put a porch on the front of each house. They now want to extend that protrusion right across the front of each house. They are also proposing a conservatory at the rear of all six properties.
