Earlier this year new GPs were put into the New Invention Medical Centre. This was a temporary measure, a holding operation, designed to help turn round the struggling practice.
The time is now fast approaching when the NHS body tasked with managing GP practices has to decide on a permanent solution to this long running saga.
Feedback the Lib Dem FOCUS Team has received has been mixed, though to be fair, recent comments have been more positive.
Concerns remain however about the condition of the site with its ageing buildings. It looks rundown and dilapidated.
The message your Lib Dem FOCUS Team has been sending out has been that it’s not just the standards of service that needed to be addressed but when are the long overdue new facilities going to begin?
To this end the Team has voiced your concerns to those tasked with deciding the future of the site. We will feed back on progress.

At last, some one looking for a bottom reorganisation. Shame that the coalition government have wasted billions on a top down one that they said that they would not do which means that there is no money for us mere people who have to endure crap buildings when we are ill.
